Meditation
Meditation is a practise in which an individual uses a certain technique to train the attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm stable state thereby increasing ones effectivity and productivity in work.
Meditation wipes away the days stress and brings in inner peace. Spending even few minutes in meditation can help you bring lot of mindfulness, clarity and help us identify our true sell.
It is commonly known that when water is turbulent, it is difficult to see what is under water likewise, When the mind and emotions are chaotic, manifestation of dreams is very difficult. When we still our minds and emotions with help of meditation, we can achieve what we desire with total ease and joy!!
Moreover, as we practice Meditation we start experiencing inner peace, stillness , bliss sometimes divine ectasy, and we start radiating light to self and also others!!
Group Meditations when practised are like a fountain of energy flowing to us from divine in full force.
Meditations can be organised in offices and oganisations to help the employees/ workforce to get rid of their stress, work pressure, mental and emotional fatigue which may be affecting their performances and outputs. Meditations may help them / organisation in ways no one could ever fathom!!
